red bull or bust. I need Gurley to score 5 points to win a money league matchup and obviously have a vested interest in watching the Rams potentially lose to a terrible team.

Fuck Gurley. I had him in one league and faced him in another. He scored just enough points to beat me in one but punked out in the league I needed him to score enough for me to win. So I lost in two leagues because he both sucked and didn't suck enough.

I exceedingly hope the Rams go 0-16 now.

3 things:

1)I know everybody loves killing Fisher but let's not forget a year ago when everybody was ripping the Bucs for taking Winston over Marcus, after we destroyed TB on Opening Day. Now most around the league would probably take Jameis as it stands. Wentz looked good against a brutal Cleveland team, check back in 3 months

2)it's easy to say now but I never thought the Niners would be as horrible as most thought. I still think Chip is excellent & as @Timpointed out, he seems a bit humbled. They have a very good front 7, anchored by two 6'8 beasts at DE & a stud NT. Bowman is 2 years removed from the injury & Brooks is still really good. Reid & Tartt are a good safety duo. I had a feeling Chip could get enough out of the offense to win 7 games.

3)I REALLY want to draft Myles Garett next year

This is the kind of game that is not going to do well in LA........I cannot wait to see the papers in the AM.

I might be wrong about the novelty effect giving Fish another 2 years. If there's one thing Californians cannot tolerate it's anything uncool. Seeing the fans sporting their throwback jerseys and sundry swag only to watch their team  look so utterly overmatched -- so badly that uncool sportscasters are taking swings at the Rams piñata -- Fish might not make it past year 1.
