This guy doesn't get the credit he deserves because he's on such a good overall team.   Wilson currently has 8 passing TDs to 1 INT, he has a 113 passer rating and is completing 70% of his p

Mariota could become the second player to do this with a 500-yard 5 TD performance this week!

Russell Wilson is carrying an offense like no QB has ever carried an offense:   Wilson is not only the Seahawks’ leading rusher with 401 yards on 65 carries, he is also on pace to set career

I'm not going to bother digging it up, but I remember with all the talk of Luck, RGIII, Wilson, and Kaep, I said Wilson was and would be the best of the bunch.  He has the polish that the others lack.

He's better than Brady and maybe even Brees at this point. But I'd definitely put Rivers and Luck ahead of him.

He isn't, them guys are falling off but they have very little talent around them. Like terrible players. He is 10 times the QB Andrew Luck is.

As much as you give people shit, you got to eat that crow. You were wrong, he was right. It happens.

I admitted I was wrong about Wilson a long time ago. I even argued he should have been rookie of the year.

Yep, If a QB plays well in college it's an indicator it will translate to the pros. And as you said he made the leap to a better conference. I saw him pass against man and zone both very well at Wisconsin. He moved very well, and had pocket presence. He didn't force passes. I can't say I knew he'd be top ten, no way I knew that. But I knew he'd be a pro. I was curious where he'd go in the draft, because I was very impressed by his game. His height actually aids him in not taking many big hits(low center of gravity), that and his great sense of his surroundings. I'm not a fan of all the zone read that seattle runs, but wilson makes it go. He beats man and zone with his arm, he's hard to blitz and he breaks contain almost at will. Quite a fun QB to watch.

I watched him play quite a bit at STATE and was conflicted when he left for Wisconsin.  I love the Wolfpack but also knew that the team was holding him back.  He had that it-factor and poise and would continually put the team on his shoulders to win/stay in games.  When he transferred and immediately started dominating Big Ten football it was a huge indicator that he was legit.  When he immediately started challenging for a starting spot on the Seahawks it was like de ja vu.  Very talented and intelligent athlete with outstanding character.
