freakingeek
I hope that it's not the knee jerk reaction of not wanting to hire another HC without much HC experience. That's like immediately dating a blonde after getting a divorce from your black haired wife. Hell Munch wasn't even an OC before. I was really hoping for some young coach with a new mindset, not a retread. I'll support him but he better bring in a badass DC. Whizz is riding Phillip Rivers coat tails right now. Locker is not Rivers. prometheus
Mercalius
Part of the reason I wasn't fully behind him as a hire is because I truthfully didn't think it would even happen. I had my favorite from the getgo (Roman), the guy that was likely supposed to be the hire (Quinn) that I warmed up to, but the foregone conclusion that Whisenhunt was going to Detroit pretty much made me think he was a non-factor the whole time. Now that it's turned out it's not the case, I'm fully behind him. He gives us the best chance to land some legitimate coordinators, has a proven history of success when he has a serviceable QB (which we will need to figure out) and he basically gave another media-favored franchise the middle finger to come be our coach. I'm on the Wiz train. Edited January 14, 2014 by Mercalius Cyrus, gatordude731, Jonboy, and 1 other

amyinsparta
Boo!!!!! Guy does stupid things like plays a QB from Kmart because he's upset with the starting QB. He's too freaking emotional and not known for being creative! You saw that pitiful game plan that the Chargers had yesterday?? Boo!!! Yeah, the adjustments in the second half were nil. Bluth
I'm happy about the hire, he brings experience and hopefully puts together a good staff. I also get to tell luvya to suck it and that winning the last two games was awesome and worth it! IowaOiler
