kyle021
Akeem played like a beast today. I absolutely loved what I saw. He is going to be the heart and soul of this defense with McCarthy in the Future we just need replacements for Griffin, and we need McCarthy back. Plus one more pass rusher I thought Morgan had a very good game himself today as well.
Stranger
I hope Ayers turns into a real stud. That said, he needs to pay me a settlement for the years he took off of my life this afternoon.
AFCman
Ayers still learning and getting better. Mistakes will happen, but at least I see progress.
TitanCard
Verner had an INT that got reversed because Ayers threw Hill to the ground and got a roughing the passer. Then he batted the ball into Titus Young's hands on a Hail Mary for it to go into OT. I can hear Tom Jackson now, "Knock it down!!"..."Oh, he tried, but..." OILERMAN
Ayers has played great today in every game, but especially today He also got a sack standing up at LDE in their nickel
CMJ
Ayers looking good, now if only McCarthy can stay healthy.
oldschool
The Brown pick was a waste. It should be Ayers and McCarthy in the Nickel moving forward.

That said, he needs to pay me a settlement for the years he took off of my life this afternoon. No need to hope, he's already a defensive stud. He's playing lights out this year and was phenomrnal today. One stupid penalty and a bad luck hail Mary pass don't change that.
chef
The Brown pick was a waste. It should be Ayers and McCarthy in the Nickel moving forward. Not necessarily. Ayers is really the key here. You can send in a 3-3-5 pkg with Ayers lining up as a DE (and dropping as an option) or as a LB (and still a potential rusher). I would have to think in a perfect world that's what Gray and the FO are thinking.

One stupid penalty and a bad luck hail Mary pass don't change that. That's all I was really pissed off about. The batted ball could have happened to anyone. It just happened to be him. It wasn't even like the call was controversial, he had time to realize that Hill no longer had the ball. He could have cost his team the all of their hard work because of this. I'm certain it will get worked out during the upcoming week, but I was beyond livid when he did it. I'm back to normal now.
FRT
The Brown pick was a waste. It should be Ayers and McCarthy in the Nickel moving forward. Not even close. Pre KB #53 the Titans were able to play base in many nickel situations because they had three stud LBs that could cover and play the run. Ayers and McCarthy are coming into their own in their 2 year. If Brown improves agianst the run and can cover one of the TEs and the safety gets the other this D will improve.
reo
The game should've ended w/ Ayers recovering what should've been a fumble.
wiscotitansfan
The game should've ended w/ Ayers recovering what should've been a fumble. Yeah, how was that any different than Wright's fumble?!?
WG53
Yeah, how was that any different than Wright's fumble?!? It wasn't despite what Tim will try to tell you.
ctm
You can't wait until he has a good game and say that its a "TF curse". For the most part I have been proven right. Except for the part where you said "Locker is naturally inaccurate and can't improve" and where you called Ayers a bust before he played a snap and gave him a D+ draft grade.
