Essentially, it will allow states to arrest homeless people and institutionalized them...while also taking out funding for the mentally handicapped by handing it back to states. Finding that the executive is Unitary in its oversight of every federal agency making federal workers at will essentially in the Slaughter case with a full hearing and decision, gutting Humphrey's Executor which was standing law for a century. Then, literally minutes later, they carve out the narrowest exception for specifically the Federal Reserve. Scalia would be losing his mind over such hogwash. Both the FTC and the Federal Reserve Board are under the federal apparatus. Both are chosen by the President and then confirmed by the Senate. And Roberts carved out the exception not even based on originalist text because the Fed didn't exist! That's called having your cake and eating it too. I'm glad they didn't fire Cooks. That would have been a disaster, but this ruling on its face delivered back to back is as stark of a juxtaposition as likely has ever happened at the Supreme Court.
