It makes total sense.  Think of it this way.  Let's say you have a bunch of men who say they are all going to start eating healthy and lose 40 pounds.  Then the vast majority of them only eat healthy part of the time and they don't lose any weight.  The failure at the individual level caused the failure of the movement.

 

Now do I believe that woman are incapable of being equal to men?  Yes, actually I do.  Not all of them, but at this point most of them.  At this point there are tiers of women IMO.  There's a small amount of women in an elite tier who are actually capable of being equal to men and who are actually willing to act like it.  Then you have a bottom tier that simply lack the intelligence, etc. and have no shot.  And then you have the majority who comprise the middle tier(s) who want to be that way but who are confused as fuck and lack the capacity.

 

It's not their fault, it's just evolution at work.

That sounds reasonable. Here is the thing though. Men fall into similar tiers. Increasingly, less and less men are able to be fully self-sustaining. I see it as more of a competence issue than one of biological sex. Competence in terms of self-reliance can be taught. I'm not sure we've done a great job with our young people in general on that front.

Less men being able to be fully self-sustaining has more to do with economic issues and the widening gap of financial inequality.  It's a completely different issue.

 

We've done a terrible job preparing young people for real life.  That's nothing new.  I'm almost 50 years old and even my generation wasn't properly educated and prepared.

I was lucky enough to have both parents and my dad is old school as fuck so he did a good job getting me ready. I thank him for it all the time since I'm lucky enough to have him alive still. I'm raising my daughter to be just as capable as my sons. The world is just too difficult not to prepare both genders. There is no guarantee she'll find a good dude to take care of her in the future. If she ends up wanting to be one of those high-powered career women I'll be proud of her; if she chooses to stay at home I'll be proud of her too. Gotta prepare her for both possible realities.

Funny story Mythos I interact a bit with attorneys because of work and this like super straight-laced, always dressed to a T, but seemingly super square lawyer (one of his vehicles is a full on super-sized van because he has like 6-7 kids…) anyway one day we’re talking and wrapping up and he pulls out his keys and his key ring catches my eye.  It was the Azeroth lion.  Keep in mind we were talking bail and ankle monitors and flight risk shit for like ten minutes before this and I just shoot from the hip - I say for the Alliance!  While pointing at his keys And he goes Hell yeah.  

 

Granted I haven’t played in forever but it was a funny moment.

This is just my opinion so don't think of it as hating on your ideals or whatever. And not all of these are feminist ideals but I believe they are somehow tied to their feminist principles. 

Girls these days are given this message that they can kick ass. 
Women super heroes are on film kicking the ass of grown ass men and I've met girls who literally think they kick a dude's ass if shit hit the fan. 
They think they deserve equal pay while not willing to do any of the undesirable/dangerous jobs. 

They think strangers are inherently good and naively put themselves in compromising situations with new "friends." 

They think having multiple guy friends is totally fine and even if the guy likes her, there will be no issues with their platonic relationship. 
They think guys should do all the heavy lifting but they should have equal say in how to spend finances. 

And they believe it's okay to shit all over guys when the guys who care about them try to protect them. 

I used to think feminists are just girls who believe in equality of opportunity for women. That has not been the case for me and I learned the hard way.

The feminists that I've dated are delusional. 
They feel all powerful and demand complete independence and get pissed at the idea that I can "dictate what they can do or not do."  Even if they mostly agree with my advice, they go and do the opposite for the sake of protesting my patriarchal grip. 

Instead of hearing me out and reasoning with me, they'd rather protest my chauvinistic message and do the complete opposite as a symbolic protest to me so that I will learn that I cannot control them.   

I grew up pretty damn conservative. I believed in sex only after marriage and dating was for the purpose of finding your future wife.  I've since loosened on that somewhat but I still believe in the purpose behind those principles.

Here's what I Believe.
-Men Need to Protect their Women
-Husband Needs to Love their Wife
-Men should provide for the family
-And Women should Respect/Honor their Men

The final part is where the feminist women squirm.  They see respect or honor as some sort of concession that they are taking out from their feminist jar.  Maybe I'm the only one who experienced this but these self-identifying feminists are so strong-willed that if I suggest as much that they don't go party with a bunch of co-workers that I do not trust, they think that I am controlling them.  If I ask her to give me a call periodically to make sure she's okay, she thinks that's a sign that I'm not trusting her and in that way, I'm disrespecting her. 

Anyway, sorry for the boring story. I don't really like spamming too much anymore but I have to finish the story. After the girl got drugged in her drink, blacked out, and woke up naked in her own room, she called me to help. I picked up he distraught girl, took care of her, and literally helped clean up the crime scene (her own damn room), I expected her attitude to change a bit. She was like a baby and appreciated me for a couple days.

But after she recovered and she was about to go back to a similar situation, her rage came back when I suggested that she doesn't keep putting herself out there. 

I simply stopped calling her that day. It was not worth the time or effort.  And my support of that relationship dynamic would have made me a cuck.  Unless she changed her attitude, I didn't want to waste my time or effort on her.  I vowed that that was the last feminist for me.

Yeah, you're definitely going to dock me at least 6 hours of reprieve for this but...For the Horde!  It's dope to connect with people who play or played out in the world. I wish I could still play but the time just isn't there. Maybe when the kids move out lmao.

IMO it was an era.  Kinda like how you look back fondly at SNES or N64 games.  Granted some of them still hold up, but it’s a different time now.  “The moment” and nostalgia paint things a certain way that revisiting often doesn’t do justice.   Online gaming and MMOs were truly magically in the early 2000s up until around 2010.  Eventually the game just changed enough and enough people you played with left so that it wasn’t the same thing.  Met some really cool people on there though.  Actually had a few come down from MI and Indy once and we partied our asses off.  Good memories.
