Generational gets thrown around too much, but if he can stay healthy, he's the closest thing I've seen in awhile. He may not have the positional value of an elite QB, but I struggle to think of a better "football player" in the last 25 years. Just incredible how elite he is in 2 positions, playing the amount of snaps he does week in & week out. DecepticonShawn2, and IsntLifeFunny

I would assume he is drafted in the 1st round, but if he makes it to the 2nd Round at our pick you run that pick up as quick as you can. You can’t really teach contact balance and Jeanty has it in spades. Defenders can’t get solid hits or even angles to his body and it allows him to just power through. That + his speed really makes him special.
OnsideKick
Ashton Jeanty made Washington State's defense look like a JV squad. I've never seen more forced missed tackles on a RB tape. Just watch these 5 clips. #RB1 Spoke to four NFL execs past week and all said same thing about upcoming 2025 draft, there's an 𝙪𝙣𝙪𝙨𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙣𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 of sure-fire first rounders this year. Amount of Round 1 grades in most drafts is in mid-teens & good drafts tend to have low-20's. Based on these convos, there's less than 10 consensus first-rounders right now at this point of fall scouting process. titanskick8851
lol Jesus Christ Might not be the best draft to trade down in if we are drafting early if we want to secure a top level talent. Thrill

This is largely a result of the EDGE and IDL groups not currently producing as had been hoped. This draft class also lacks the QB sizzle of last year. OnsideKick
Some NFL D-coordinators are doing excellent job utilizing multiple skill-sets of hybrid defenders and few guys in this year's draft have versatility like Penn State's 𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙧𝙖-𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙘 Abdul Carter. Carter has played on edge & stacked 'backer over past two years but we hope he ends up in NFL system that moves him around & frees him up to use his closing speed (see ). Last year, Carter had one of top pass rush win rates (24.1%) per @PFF. Got off to slower start this season but Carter's PRWR was 25.9% last Saturday vs. Illinois, by far a season-best, after notching 2 sacks & an impressive 7 QB hurries. Well tbf, it was a tweet from a random and it was extrapolating from a singular 5 second contextless incident. Think he shied away from someone running towards the endzone, but again it's not really too much to go off of. You've got Hunter over Will Johnson as it currently stands?
