I imagine they will be down there, but maybe just not Monday or Tuesday if they are trying to fill staff vacancies and have several zoom interviews (though technically those can be done in Mobile). The OC is probably only helping prepare the gameplan, and I have no problem with hiring someone you're comfortable with who can best help the HC play-caller, but I agree that it's a bad look and screams of getting hired because of who he knows and not what he knows.
