No, no… we were thinking more Adam Gase…

Oh yeah, that’s right….now i remember.

Everyone was arguing back and forth trying to decide which certified offensive genius would offer the quickest path to  an explosive powerhouse offense in Tennessee:  Adam Gase, Josh McDaniels, Matt Nagy, Frank Reich, or John DiFillipo.

I've got a busy who's a long term Raiders fan. No idea how he does it.

Maybe he was alive when they last won the Super Bowl in 1983?

Aside from that 3 year stretch where Gannon played like an MVP, they have been awful since then.  And they weren’t exactly annual contenders in the 90s.  Basically they are the AFC version of the Lions , at least from the 90s- present.

He became a fan when Gannon was the QB and he thought he might be moving to California, lol.

Oof.  That’s hardcore loyalty or insanity, I can’t tell.

We've been good sometimes. Oakland is next level.

Yeah the Raiders post Super Bowl whatever, are basically the 2004-2017 Titans  without the playoff appearances and playoff win along with an additional layer of ownership dysfunction.  They are in a league of their own in terms of ineptitude.

They have a crazy dedicated fan base to put up with Oakland to LA to Oakland to Vegas and to still show up at games..I realize Davis has no other outside income, but he does have a stadium, fanbase, and an attractive city to play in...

John DiFilipo man.  People were sure he was the guy.  Guy's disappeared...

McDaniels gets canned once again

Is this the part where those folks who are insisting on an offensive-minded coach start pounding the table and demanding that the Titans bring him in?

When people say they want an offensive-minded coach they're not saying they want someone who is Titans Report-minded. It's strictly an X's and O's thing...

The mistake people always make is thinking Good OC or Good DC=Good HC. There's a lot more to it than that to be a good HC. A HC has to be the CEO who oversees everything. McDaniels never had the right temperament for it, but because he was successful with Brady people thought he was HC material. The guy bombed abysmally in DEN. I thought it was hilarious people thought he'd be a good HC candidate again.

Mike Tomlin was not that successful of a DC before he got hired. Same with Vrabel.
