The point is that Trump can't control himself. The Judge will put restrictions on what he can say and he'll blow right past those restrictions. All it takes is a Judge willing to do it. ctm
He is clearly testing her limits. If/when she is forced to take action, then he will use the free speech argument to move for her recusal and/or as a basis for appeal after he's convicted. He's now threatened Pence by name with information in the indictment. Not even a Trumper judge can deny the government the right to hold him. He will likely get one more chance after a hearing. I agree that is his play. He's still going for the court of public opinion because it's all he has left. OILERMAN
nine
So in Trump's mind, a court order to prevent witness intimidation is a violation of his freedom of speech. The sad part is, his sycophants will believe it. MadMax, Starkiller, and IsntLifeFunny

Another 20 percent said they were unsure of how they would vote.
IsntLifeFunny
DeSantis is down to 13% lol. Republicans are such a shitshow.
ctm
The first republican debate is on 8/23/23. DeSantis has to exceed expections or it's over for him, imo. He has to turn his campaign around. As I said months ago, wouldn't be surprised to see Christie try to take him out. OILERMAN

You can bet trump is going to jail - soon..... Let's pretend Biden really is senile and pardons him. After being pardoned, trump will win the general election, running away, because Biden's pardon will piss off virtually the entire Democratic party and voter turnout will go into the toilet. Next up, the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse. OILERMAN
