I don't give shit about showing weakness. Russia is losing. Their only option could be to try and escalate things to pull in allies into a direct conflict w/ the West. Ego is not a reason to start WW3 when Russia is going to get pushed out of Ukraine.

You think that NATO involvement in fighting Russia will make Ukraine start losing instead of winning? 

 

Ukraine cannot re-take Crimea and Donbas on their own, it isn't going to happen. 

 

There is absolutely zero chance that Russia will be pushed completely out of Ukraine without using a nuclear weapon. They are not going to allow Crimea to be retaken without escalating themselves.

They are 100% going to take both on their own. They've cut off supply routes to Crimea as it is. They will advance and take the rest of Kherson Oblast and then they will advance on Crimea, who Russia can't resupply.

 

Once that is done, they will advance on the fortified Donbas from the N and the S to eventually surround and cut of the Wagner Group mercenaries.

You are naive if you think Putin is going to just allow Ukraine to re-take the Donbas and Crimea without escalating himself. 

 

And let me get this straight - you think that the US and NATO should allow Russia to commit widespread genocide against a US ally, direct cyber attacks, sabotage attacks, and now territorial attacks on NATO without responding directly? Seems like cuck-level capitulation that will do nothing but invite further aggression.
