Even when a high-profile personality like MTG acknowledges the conspiracy stuff is all bullshit, it’s never sincere. They never sound truly remorseful or offer any acknowledgement of the damage they caused by using their platform to promote and reinforce it. So either they knew it was bullshit all along and didn’t care…or they’re still fully invested in the conspiracy stuff but publicly state that it’s bullshit because they know voters aren’t buying it…it makes them look like imbeciles. The Epstein Files was where the shock hit that even the little kids are on the line for Trumpers. This is one of the main reasons i've been following Ukraine so much. When Viktor Orban lost in Hungry it was HUGE. They were funneling so much money from Russia specifically into American politics and funding things that were backing the whole right wing ecostystem w/ these influencers and imo the bots as well. That money is going away and we're not seeing anywhere NEAR the bots or guys like Tim Pool and imo it's having as much of an impact as anything else on Trump losing favor. They're starting to lie just like Trump. They've for as long as I've been alive on pretty much the wrong side of understanding in most things. This is different. They just throw bullshit around all the time and have a media that either pushes it (OAN, Newsmax, Fox) or that refuses to push back. Or they just simply refuse access to anyone that will push back.
