I make arguments all the time without ad hominem attacks. I'm sick of people deifying Reagan. The man's policies are directly response for destroying what we as a country had built. But he looked good on camera and played the role well! 

 

He was rightfully criticized by his own party for those economic policies. He's directly responsible for the erosion of unions and the Middle class.

That's why they're also carving out positions in the upper echelon of the military. He's already talked about using the insurrection act on day 1 to use the military to put down protests. It's what they talked about doing after he lost the election but they were afraid the military wouldn't do it... so Tuberville is keeping open spots in military leadership for Trump to nominate loyalists.

 

This isn't hidden. It's not a conspiracy. It's what he's been saying and it's what they've been saying.

You said the COS. Which CoS? I mean since you know the process and all. You clearly don’t just copy paste from the internet. 
 

The Joint CoS and the Army Chief of staff have nothing to do with the process.

Sounds like it's not wrong so you're trying to dance around it. And very probably you didn't realize that the President was officially the one to make the nomination.

Regan’s not the topic , but you’ve brought him up twice, based on what you’ve read, again chastising those who share their lived experiences like some kind of angry omniscient. But, hey you’re young. Maybe you’ll learn something between spouting so many condescending opinions.  Good luck!

All coups start with gathering loyalists. TT is an extreme loyalist to DT.

 

DT has openly talked about controlling the military. TT is controlling military appointments. Trump has tried most of the nefarious democracy killing things he's said he would do.. and would often do it under the guise of disinformation and propaganda with the help of loyalists that knowingly broke existing laws and precedent. Sometimes the govt process worked against him, and sometimes it failed. The process held on by a thread on Jan 6.

 

Of COURSE Tubervilles goal is to take down military leadership.... how do we know? Because he is actively taking down military leadership. He doesn't care enough to keep them running efficiently. He's manipulating the leadership already...

The whole part about not sending nominations and ignoring the list the military gave them.  Yea... It was wrong, as laid out pretty clearly in the process, that you found and copy pasted but still do not understand.

What would stop him from ignoring a list of recommendations? They're recommendations. There's nothing saying he has to choose from those lists.

It would be interesting to know the exact legal wording concerning how the president approves it. If the recommendations are just that...or can be argued as only that.

 

He could also hold off approving any nomination that he doesnt like so that the military is leaderless... the sews chaos and division within the ranks.... and if they are desperate to have a leader they must push through one he wants instead.
