No I don't think that has anything to do with super rich. It is the top 1.8% of income earners though.    Also if you think the proposals to raise the taxes on people making that much are ex

No he didn't. He said he would be a bridge to a new generation of leadership. Two very different things.

Exactly - he never said any such thing. Totally false assertion.

It's important that the threat of Biden running again loom through the midterms regardless of whether he does or not in 2024 - esp with Trump deciding on a run with everything going down with him. I bet he's afraid of losing to Biden twice and looking like an all time loser.

President Joe Biden is having difficulty keeping Black staffers in the White House. Since December 2021, the administration has lost 21 Black staffers. The exodus has become known as “Blaxit.”

Frustrated Black staffers complain of a work environment with little support from their superiors and fewer chances for promotion, Politico reported.

Another Black employee told The Daily Mail that low pay is driving the mass exit, especially in Washington, D.C., which has one of the highest costs of living in the country.

“The pay in the White House is not traditionally very good, and a lot of Black folks in these roles don’t come from wealthy families,” the White House official said. Entry-level salaries at the White House start at $48,000.

You can't live in DC or surrounding areas with that income.  People have to look at it as a pathway to a big position later.  You live in a room or a shared apartment.  You have to envision where you are going, not take the job as your arrival.

I used to stay in the cheapest clean safe motels and eat cheaply when I traveled.  I did it for years.  If you are trying to get into that arena, it would be smart to live off what you already knew you would make.

These staffers are trying to play in the big game and make fortunes compared to the gen pop.  Can't you sacrifice just a little to get there.  Every white person who is a staffer isn't Rockefellew's son.  Quit crying.

Personally I think the truth lies somewhere between Biden being a brain dead pedo and being a genius savant.

This for example is pretty normal president shit.

I would agree with this. The counter is the President has to sign off so ultimately they get the credit or blame whatever the outcome is.

Surprised @tgo hasn't posted this yet.

The whole premise is just facepalm worthy. I worry about the intelligence of our citizens man.

I think it just boils down to people not liking him hobbling around looking elderly.
