This is offensive. Not good enough. Apoligize.

how do you not understand the false equivalent you are trying to make?

your logic is flawed from about 10 angles here and yet you pursue.

I think people can feel offended by the kneeling if they want. I just wish those that don't actually feel offended didn't act offended for political posturing.

Only problem is... none of these posters have actually been offended. @Justafan wouldn't even begin peeling back the layers of why he was "offended." This little officer kid is just a troll. Some of the conservative posters have stated they're not even offended.

I think the other poster hit in on the head when talking about why people are mad at this protest.

The Iggles attempted a power play intended to embarrass the POTUS. Potus got the last laugh.

Wasn't a power play, they wanted to voice their displeasure and did so. It's Trump's power that was challenged. He can't make them visit his pathetic ass and now he's trying to save face.Y'all spin more than a clothes dryer.

"The officer is heard celebrating the overtime pay in new body camera videos obtained by the local ABC affiliate over the weekend. “Can you let the lieut know that I need to go on the overtime board if I’m not already?” the unnamed officer says, giving his location and an identifying code. “Money-money,” he says, breaking into a sing-song voice. “Money money money, moooo-ney, money!”

Yeah this is totally within the acceptable range of police power, no need to get angry when he gets a paid vacation.

Imagine if someone took the most sacred thing in the world to you and trampled on it or just outright spit in your face as you were walking by and then afterward claimed it as a noble act even though the act itself was anything but...

There are two sides to this story and to pretend like the ONLY story here that matters is the narrative about police violence (a completely valid narrative by the way) is disingenuous.

My friends died defending that flag.  I've bled for that flag and suffered hardships that quite frankly many on this board are incapable of understanding.  So yes, I'm offended when someone disrespects it, even for a noble cause.

I've earned that right, and damn anyone who says otherwise.  I fought for your right to protest and so protest away, but that doesn't mean I have to respect the way they went about doing it.

Wait. Hypothetical here.

Bad guys have a crate if US flags and an army. You and whoever you want to include (friends, family, other soldiers) see this. An attack guarantees the flags are safe but the good guys suffer 10% casualties. Do you take the losses to protect the box of cloth?

Spoiler:  there are more crates of sacred cloth down the street.

Its crazy that some of you can't understand why Justafan, someone who gave 20 years of his life to the military, would feel the way he does. it doesn't make him wrong. In fact imposing your political beliefs and\or your feelings about the Military Industrial complex on others is the same thing as telling the players they are wrong and should shut up and play.

This video, Einstein.  The one you most recently posted. I like how you deflected the age question because you're subconsciously ashamed of how you're acting.

Forgive me if I laugh like a child at you and titansgoodluckcharm. It's very comical to me.

In regards to video, yes it discusses police brutality and how rare it is. Bet you assume all priests fondle children and all teachers have sex with their students.

I’ve got a better one for you. One that’s not so stupid nor makes no sense.

Everyone! Go steal all of @CreepingDeath and @Jamalisms money! It’s cool! I promise!

Money has no real value anyway!! Its a social construct, just assigned value by certain people and forced upon others. It has meaning to some but not based on any true tangible tradable good. It’s like ... it’s a symbol.

Since symbols aren’t real and mean different things (or nothing... or everything) to different people, then it’s preposterous for them to get angry or do anything about it. What MORONS they would be to care! Haha... fools.

Rob em blind and take their pointless money!!!

I laugh every time you idiot's post a single incident. Congratulations,  your proving my point exactly. Your posting possible illegal use of force incidents where the victim will likely see a big payday for improper use of force and the officer will be suspended or fired as they should.

To put things into perspective if a 40 man department has an improper use of force incident every 10 years, that would be one incident in thousands of days by a single officer. OMG that's a problem!

To expect improper police force to be eliminated is laughable.  I wish it did as much as you all did but it's like trying to completely eliminate theft at a workplace nationwide.  Good luck with that.

Until then, whine and whimper about a non issue. ?‍♂️
