That's only a hop, skip, and a jump from trailer parks being bitcoin rich. Lol Although that's probably only good for hackers. I can't see trailer park folk doing all that well with being self-custodial. Then again, maybe they'll probably just spend all their BTC on beer and Little Debbie snack cakes. Supdawg
My god, the entire crypto market is pumping. So bullish across the board. One thing of note, there is some people who are saying this Coinbase listing could be a local top of the market. Typical buy the rumor, sell the news.... But we will see. It's just an amazing feeling waking up each day watching my net worth go up up up.... Edited April 14, 2021 by Supdawg

9 Nines
I did find something interesting today. There is talk about banks accepting "bitcoin" as part of their operations. All the bitcoiners are overly excited about that aspect, but from what I can find, it is not true. What banks are doing is adopting cryptocurrency, more specifically block-chain technology not bitcoin, into their systems for transactional purposes. In many, possible most cases, the banks are creating their own cryptocurrency, pegged to US dollar or another established currency, to facilitate a specific transaction, then once the transaction is complete those specific units are destroyed. Those briefly existing units are created in the bank's or an inter-banking closed system, not public. Example: We can predict, therefore, that Central Banks will start to test new form of digital currencies based on Blockchain technology. All these crypto - assets are of course different from the pure original idea of cryptocurrency because they can be considered ‘centralized’ tokens rather than decentralized and opened cryptocurrencies. The ‘JPM Coin’ will serve only J.P. Morgan’s institutional clients for business-to-business money movement flows and will not available to individuals in the crypto exchanges. Despite all the worldwide press wrote, therefore, ‘JPM Coin’ will not be purchasable by retail traders but instead only used as a medium for settling payments within the bank system. The ‘JPM Coin’ will be a stable coin pegged to USD and the clients can buy it exclusively through the deposits at the bank not externally. Once bought, the payments are sent instantly, and after one is received, the coins are destroyed, and J.P. Morgan deposits the corresponding amount of dollars to the client’s account. All transferred data is recorded to the ledger of the private Blockchain of the bank. How does ‘JPM’ coin work? According to the information available on the website of the Bank, it is possible to represent the process in three steps: Step 1: a J.P. Morgan client commits deposits to a designated account and receives an equivalent number of JPM Coins; Step 2: JPM Coins are used for transactions over a blockchain network with other J.P. Morgan clients (e.g., money movement, payments in securities transactions); Step 3: Holders of JPM Coins redeem them for USD at J.P. Morgan. The Bank believes that this new crypto asset will yield significant benefits by reducing clients’ counterparty and settlement risk, decreasing capital requirements and enabling instant value transfer.
