I read this a lot & I disagree, I think DGB is a much better deep threat. Yes, Hunter has the speed & ups to be a big time deep guy but he's just so weak going up for the ball. And he mistimes his jumps.

Unless you have incredible speed, like a DJax or Teddy Ginn Jr, it's all about making contested catches. And DGB has the aggression & ferocity to high point the ball that Hunter lacks. Britt was also great at this. Many of the top deep threats in the league aren't burners. Think Allen Robinson, Mike Evans, & Alshon Jeffrey, etc.

DGB can be a deep threat, too, much like Drew Bennett used to be. But Hunter is the only one with the speed to scare defenses as a true home run threat who can get behind a defense.

Its not like he should be starting. But I think they will make use of Hunter's speed.

Exactly. I think he is perfect for 20 snaps a game and in 4th quarter to keep the S on him over the top.

Just sending him on go routes will get the FS away from DGB and KW

Hunter ran a 4.44

DGB ran a 4.49

So where is the link to the article?  Seems to have disappeared, much like Hunter when on a football field.

By crackie' he did catch a big ball back in 2013.  Seems CW tossed him a 75 yarder in 2014, too.  Then he took some time off, but this year...........

I am very okay with Hunter coming in a completing for that #4 role behind DGB, Matthews and Wright.

Douglas, Sharpe and Hunter are a pretty good 4-6 WR's.

I like those 6 receiver's, all offer something a little different. Got to believe that Robiskie can bring on Hunter.

No receiver on this current roster has proven anything and each one needs to come in ready for OTA's; I'm tired of these scrubs and each one has to step up
