the flaming thumbtack insult has been around since shortly after the logo was introduced.  I remember reading it from troll posters back in '99.

I am partial to Columbia Blue but I think they should switch to the sword as the main logo.

The new logo does look like an improvement over the older one.The chrome look plus the flag is much bigger not to mention they did some small changes to the skeleton.

I like the black and chrome, though I'm not sure how it will go with the jerseys.

The logo is too big, IMO.

the only thing i don't like about the bucs new helmet is the logo is too big.  other than that it looks pretty sweet

It's hideous. There's no scale and no negative space. Ack. The logo itself is fine, but the helmet is awful.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers changed their leadership structure this year by hiring a new head coach and a new general manager. They'll also announce another change tonight on NFL Network.

 

Warren Sapp hinted that the new helmets will feature a chrome grill.The Buccaneers' official website announced that the logo will be changing for the first time since 1997. That change predated the most successful stretch in team history, so the organization likely is hoping for the same luck this time around.

 

Now my reasoning is why can't Tennessee look into doing something similar?  We've just got rid of Mike Munchak and mostly anyone who had anything to do with the Oilers before coming here.We have someone new in the owner seat,we new head coach and a GM thats only been in charge the last couple seasons.

 

We've had the same look since 1999 and this year 2014 we've already been here fifteen years.Now would be a perfect time and you have to wonder if maybe any changes have been thought about.

 

I like the sword look on the helmets.Usually when changes like this are made teams usually end up using it as motivation and we certainly could start a new era with some of these changes.Anyone think the idea would be good?

I actually really like that one. Those flames on a white helmet might even be doper. The dark blue helmet with the vertical sword in the OP is atrocious.
