He seriously takes way too many crunching hits, it's going to catch up to him and shorten his career and effective his passing.

It's a combination of terrible pass blocking & his style of play. He kind of reminds me of Big Ben early in his career, and Rodgers as well. They hold onto the ball as long as possible trying to make plays, but there's obviously a cost to that.

A lot of Pittsburgh fans were pissed when they let Arians go for Todd Haley but Ben gets rid of the ball much quicker now & isn't taking near the beatings he was.

Agree, but Ben had a lot of maturing to do, too.  His game preparation wasn't all that and he was more of a see it throw it guy. He's really changed.

Luck absolutely needs to start getting rid of the ball faster. He's got the elite frame and overall athleticism, but even he can't maintain this pace of getting hit.

Yeah, Arians did not want to change the way Roethlisberger played, because he did that to a QB in college, and it ruined him as a player.  Ben was still able to execute Arians' complex offense with his mechanics and mindset.  The Steelers took a gamble with Haley's quick passing offense, but it turned out great.

I'm not sure changing the offense is the solution for Luck; he's really good with vertical offenses like Chudzinski's and Arians'.  I think they just need to pepper in a whole lot more quick passing, dink and dunks, and screens.  Build around his strengths, but just add some more practical plays more frequently.
