Jamalisms Posted April 9, 2013 Report Share Posted April 9, 2013 The official Titans Report draft podcast will be recording Thursday night, what topics are you interested in?This Thursday will mark the second year that the Two Tone Crew covers a Titans draft and we're looking to do it even bigger and better than last year. Returning guests @notsolegato (Walker Rhodes) and @Cyrus will be joining the regular trio of hosts to bring you everything there is to know heading into the draft. Last year's podcast featured at length discussions on the eventual first and second round picks - Kendall Wright and Zach Brown. We've got our fingers on the pulse of Baptist Sports Park and this will be as absolutely epic as five white boys can manage. Based on last year's results - We can manage. We cover more than just the first round and surface analysis, we dig into strategy and mid-round value... team needs and positional value by round. We plan to discuss everything that can logically fit into an hour(ish) window. This will be awesome... but if that isn't enough, consider that Cyrus and Walker talk enough that Jamal will hardly be featured. Are you interested in breakdown of a specific player? I also want to hear more about Larry Warford and Brian Schwenke as prospects. All these are guys who the Titans have visited with. One thing we know about Webster's draft strategy is that our first and second will definitely be guys who we had private visits with and possibly even our 3rd round pick. Mercalius Posted April 9, 2013 Report Share Posted April 9, 2013 (edited) After you do some evaluating of the various prospects, I want a "gun to your head" call from each participant on who you (not the Titans) would draft at 10 overall, assuming these (and maybe a few other) targets are all on board. No trades. DE: Mingo, Werner, Ansah, Jodan DT: Star, Richardson WR: Patterson, Austin OL: Warmack, Cooper CB: Trufant/Rhodes Other names may actually be available on draft day like Floyd, Milliner, etc, and you may include them, but likely they would be the easy pick and I'll have to see it to believe it in regards to either lasting til 10.
