I love the thought process behind these FA targets on offense

Was not really aware of Walker before, but the more I read about him he is a "swiss army knife" player that can do alot of things really well.  They will be able to get him on the field and move him all over the place, creating headaches for the defense.

Amendola fits that description as well.  Don't look at him and see light skin and short and think he's just a Welker-type.  He does have some of Welker's skills (albeit not as good at what Welker does best" but Amendola can also stretch the field ala a poor man's Wallace.  He has jets.  And he can help in the return game.

Based on what I know about the offense we want to run next year, these guys could fit very well into that offense and make plays and create mismatches.

Cautiously optimistic that we actually have some sort of plan and direction to this team.

I'm a happy Titans fan for the first time in a while right at the moment. I really felt like the organization was seriously floundering but this has given me new hope.

Exactly how I have felt, the past year was the lowest for me as a Titans fan in terms of effort. I am more rejuvenated now than I was midseason

What really stands out to me is the fact that we have a clear, cohesive plan. The team clearly wants to go in a different direction and their quickness in completing these signings early really illustrates that.

Even if you don't agree with a single signing the Titans have made, it's hard to deny they have a plan in place. Will it work? That remains to be seen.

Look to be attempting to replicate the 49'ers Kaepernick offense.  Nothing wrong with that.

Some of us have been decrying the ability to control the LOS on both sides of the ball for several years. To be clear, Levitre alone isn't enough.

The team is still in need of real difference makers.  Walker is a nice though limited addition. Wilson is a better stopgap than Babineaux. Signing Hill potentially bolsters the d-line.

Not much of a Shonn Greene fan, but he is complimentary to CJ and probably pushes 28 a bit more.

That said, while I would love to think that these moves make us 4 games better, realistically not.

I do like the fact that the team is moving with purpose.  This has been a good first step ... and I think we remain in pretty good cap shape ... though Levitre's heavily front loaded contract

makes the Roos, Stewart and Levitre trio almost $20 million of cap.  When healthy that is a good trio. Velasco will remain serviceable in the middle. Really like to see us add two more to o-line and at least one more DE to defensive line.

Honestly. It's on Locker to ultimately make us 4-5 games better. All these moves were to help that, not directly affect that.
