The Seahawks had the Patriots In Hell because of how good they are talent wise and schematically. They were outplayed and out coached by a more talented and better coached team

 

Not because they can read tendencies, formations, personnel (like every NFL player can)

First of all, that’s on the defensive side and is about studying communication among defensive players to indicate if they’re going to be in man/zone/ blitzing etc

Yes, you can spot tendencies. That doesn't mean they know 90% of what the other team is going to do.

Players call out plays all the time. Literally on every play they will make a guess and in most cases they’re right

You are doing a total disservice to the talent of the Seahawks plays and the coaching job the Seahawks did. Totally dominated the Patriots players and coaches

Yes they do. They can guess with 90% certainty what the play is going to be based on personnel, tendencies, formation etc. offenses only run 20/30 variations of plays in a given game 

 

Offenses win by better execution and that extra 10%

Yes absolutely. If you asked Drake Maye if he thought they would be able to tell if it was a pass play when they’re 3 wide with Diggs closest to the LOS and Stevenson in the backfield he would ask if you are retarded
