TerryBoats
It looks like there are 40 defenders on the field on every play.

We've been hearing this shit for two years. If that were true, we'd have seen more than 1 good offensive performance in Callahan's offense by now. We saw several with Levis under Vrabel, even in a small sample size. The reality is that the scheme sucks donkey nuts and at the conclusion of this season, it will be the 5th time in 7 years that a Zac Taylor/Brian Callahan offense will end the season bottom 5-6 in scoring offense. Do you need me to screen shot them for you? They are right there to see. Its not debatable. reo

These were just the first few. Cam missed the easy out. Missed an open drag across the middle (when he threw a pick), tried to wait on the post against Cover 2 and the line didn't hold for that long of a play. (he had the back side in the hole in their zone if he moves off his primary read). He over threw chig on the seam. All openings in this "system." The problem was not - guys not getting open. Later in the clip, he starts making faster reads and the the ball moves well. There was one time where no one was open that I saw. There was a time or 3 where Cam wanted the deeper play and the line didn't hold (like on that post). reo
yeah, they're right there. It's a mix of issues. Penalty at a bad time. Drop at a bad time. They caught him thinking it was man when they fell back into zone at least once. Had at least 1 or 2 where he was waiting on a route and got sacked before he could check it down. Just a bit off on a couple throws. It's a rookie QB. he's seeing it though imo. Thrill, NashvilleNinja, and Pragidealist

Said he didnt explode out of his cut and that Cam threw a great ball. He throws that to a spot before the cut is made and Ridley didnt get there. 2nd play was a fuckup and i'm guessing he just didnt see the guy there. That said, pollard needs to not just sit and wait on that while a guy is coming to take it. 3rd play hes getting rocked in the face almost immediately. it was the only throw he could hit in time and it was nearly there. 4th, yeah he seemed to have missed that. I don't think taht ws Ridley. That was a different out with Chig that he missed. That one he just missed. Then the one the pick. he had the drag wide open- he was just too late on it. Teh rookie qb made plenty of errors and that's. not only ok but its expected Edited yesterday at 02:28 AM by Pragidealist

I'm not blaming it all on Cam but they are being honest. When you look at the film, they're close. It's not 1 thing. It's everyone. Everyone needs to keep working and dial it in. This team has talent though. They're close. But we expected losses this year. Cam will get better and so will the rest of the team.

There is a play similar this week with chig on the same side/ yardline/ and direction but the other hash. He missed him there. And mason directly called out Ridley on that play. He called him out for a couple of plays and said he didnt look like he was running that hard out of the gate. He said it verifying what that Colts player had said. Then Mason also goes on to say something like 'thats supposed to be your leader, your best player' and you gotta lead better by example. He made plenty of errors. Mason just said that wasnt one of them and I trust him on that Edited 22 hours ago by titanruss Pragidealist, and Callidus
