What an absolute disaster from Allar a lot of smoke that the Browns would of selected him very early had he declared for the 2025 draft and now probably not even a top 50 pick.

Maybe in a few weeks. Possibly around the BYE or a couple after. There's still 10 games left in the season, and there are also a number of weeks left in the college season. If we move it over there ri

Disagree. We have picked a variety of OL, DB, etc. and still suck. An all-pro caliber receiver ( or 2) elevates an average OL and makes running the ball easier. And I don’t care what you guys think, but I would rather have Bowers and McConkey than Latham snd Sweatt

You know that is the proper counterpoint.

We typically have been spending premier assets on trench positions and they're not materializing into meaningful talent.

However, I can't think of too many examples of teams drafting skill positions, especially within the top ~7 and not regretting it. All positions aren't objectively worth the same and the value of finding a cornerstone LT or elite pass rusher trumps the returns of hitting on an 1100 yard receiver.

Question for the Mods: Could we move this thread to the main board? Given the season and that it’s largely a focus for Titans fans, if it moves to the main forum it will breed more conversation.

If we move it over there right now it'll probably go from a nice info dump thread about prospects after each weekend of college ball to another chest thumping thread about why this guy needs to be the guy or that guy needs to be.

I'd just prefer to see it stay a cool educational thread for now.

Right now, I think our best outcome is to hope the Browns see Gabriel start to look awful, but we still have the #1 pick.

A Browns trade up for a QB involving their own top 5 pick, the Jaguars pick, and a 1st next year would be seismic.

At some point the draft community is going to start projecting Arvell Reese as an ED who can sometimes play off-ball LB instead of the other way around and then it will be a Reese vs. Bain discussion for 1.1

I like it from the perspective if we get a trade down opportunity, we would still be able to draft one of them.

Have already seen some comparing Reese to Micah Parsons.

Lots of similarities between the two, though I think Reese will have a different athletic profile. I'd love to see Reese lined up at ED on more passing downs to see what kind of pass rush instincts he has. Right now he has a devastating bull rush/long arm but that's all we've really seen in those limited situational snaps.
