I think you'd be surprised how humble and unpretentious I am (You might think I'm homeless in my work clothes LOL). But I would never insert any part of myself in a wood chipper. None of us really paid much attention to deportations while Obama or Clinton were in charge. Just like O-man, I didn't even know ICE existed until Trump took over. He's talking about illegals who circumvent the established immigration policies. If most of the illegals were coming through Canada he would have said the same thing about them. He called out Germany for buying oil from Russia. He doesn't care what race you are. He'll call out bullshit when he sees it. If this white dude (from the video I linked) was doing the same shit while I was waiting in line for an hour, I'd call him out on his inconsiderate antics as well. Don't care what color he is. If they're cutting in line, I wouldn't consider them the best of the best. But knowing some of these illegal immigrants, I don't fully blame them. I blame our government for letting this stupidity happen. And yes, they are not the best of the best. Come to LA and check out our neighborhoods. We are riddled with gang activity and most of the serious Hispanic gangs in the inner city are mostly illegal immigrants. 18th Street, Crazy Riders (CRS13) and Marasalvatrucha (MS13) to be specific. You can check out the people ICE arrest. You'd be surprised that not all of them are Hispanic. They even have some of my people. Don't give a shit. The difference between him and Republicans is that he doesn't put party over country and God and doesn't seem to wave in the breeze of whatever "conservative" media says and so modern Republicans (the cult of Trump) aren't really all that similar in many cases. It actually reminds me a lot of the difference between some of my friends and the nature of their Christianity. For lack of a desire to explain in depth, the best brief way I can articulate it is that for some of the most zealous self-described Christians I know ... their church is their God. Other friends have a strong faith in Christ and their church is not their culture, is not their guide but is a place they worship. There is a significant difference between these two groups in terms of their conduct and relationship with others, their depth of understanding and the steadfastness of particular beliefs. Church Christians, in my experience, are more likely to be motivated by the most recent guidance they've received in church. They're relatively unmoored and adrift in the sea of the church. Followers of Christ return to the example like a lodenstone, like an anchor. And their beliefs, even if I disagree at times, are genuine and thoughtful and arise from something internal as opposed to external.
