I like how he describes it... its also why I struggle with a lot of complaints about any of them. From the outside, we don't know who decided what, who pushed for what, what processes didn't work well- etc. I get someone needing a scapegoat... needing someone to point to.. .but from our view.. .its impossible to know if true fault vs understandable error occurs- much less where and how is responsible.
