She's got like 20 different accents and will do whatever it takes to take the next step.  That's why they say she's a chameleon.  She's a Marxist when it benefits her and she's not a Marxist when it doesn't benefit her.  You're both correct.  She's always been an empty suit.  The sooner you realize this, the sooner you can forget about her.

It's a metaphor for any visible sign of disorder in a house that inevitably leads to exponential amount disorder, vandalism, and eventually crime. 

This definitely applies to real estate when I left a house flip project vacant for too long due to waiting on slow ass building permits, it was only a matter of time before squatters entered and turned it into a disgusting trap house.  I literally had to evict them probably 24 times within a span of 5 months.  The stench in the air was something else... 

Anyway, when we finally started work every day, put up an alarm system, and I even slept over on occasion, the squatters turned their attention elsewhere.  Because they knew someone was tending to business on this property.

I think this also applies to installing a strong president. We'll see if it works out the way you and I envision it.  But all of these responses to Trump's impending return shows me that these rats know the owner of the home is back and they can't take advantage of or shit on the US anymore.  Sometimes it's good to have a no bullshit hard ass in office.
