I don't think he's good enough to supplant him. If they signed Winston or Brissett that's a different story, those guys are fringe level starting QB's. He was by far the best QB the Steelers had last year. It's a good signing though. Rudollph isn't an old and useless qb and probably could win a game or two if forced to start for a bit.
