As long as his OL isn’t total garbage and the Chiefs defense is at least ok, you’d be crazy to bet against him.

Amazing that the line has moved to +2.5 at some books.  Loading up on the Chiefs...

Mahomes' game is Kelce on option routes and the two are basically telepathically connected. While a duo, Kelce is probably more valuable to that offense than Mahomes.

I agree that the Kelce and Mahomes connection are key to that offense.  But, are you honestly saying that Kelce is more valuable than Mahomes?

You do know that Kelce was on the team for a few years prior to Mahomes, and during that time they had a singular playoff win?

This is asinine.

That's just 9s doing his thing. I imagine he has Kelce on his TR dynasty team lol.

I expected the Chiefs to make the AFCCG this year.  I never thought the Chiefs were as bad as what they showed in the regular season and the reality of the Chiefs is that they use the regular season as an extended preseason.  They tinker with the team throughout the season to make sure they are fully prepared for the postseason.

I understood there was a way they could lose to the Dolphins or the Bills, but I thought the Bills were lucky to be in the playoffs and the Dolphins were overmatched, especially on the road in subzero temperatures.

I didn't expect them to clear the Baltimore hurdle.  Watching the Ravens try to bully the Chiefs was interesting and it ended up backfiring on the Ravens badly.

I was thrilled when the traded Reek and I don't think they make the Super Bowl last year or this year without that trade.  Especially when you look at what his salary would have cost.  With JuJu and Tyreek last year, it would have been an amazing offense, but the defense would have been a sieve without Karloftis and McDuffy.

Tyreek also is too focused on his own touches.  I didn't know that until he left, but he was constantly talking to his agent, Reid and Mahomes when he didn't feel like he was getting the ball enough.  It would be interesting to know if when Mahomes forced the ball to Reek if he was just trying to keep him happy.

I would have rather lost last week than to lose the Super Bowl.  So, I hope they can finish off the job.  If they lose in the AFCCG, then the legend of Mahomes is making 6 straight AFCCG's and carrying one of the most suspect offenses he has had to the CG.  However, if he loses this week, he is 2-2 in the Super Bowl and it would actually be worse for his reputation than if he had lost last week.

It was amazing the 9ers opened as the fave

The 9ers have been the first or second ranked team all year in power rankings.

I also see they are getting a lot of heat for loafing on defense.  I expect the 9ers to play their best game all year.  Mahomes is better than Purdy, but if you look at the roster 2-53, the 9ers are a better team.

It will be interesting to see how it plays out.  Hoping for a win.  Bracing myself for a loss.

Enjoy the embarrassment of riches that you have in Mahomes.  He’s already the best quarterback in the league since Brady.  His reputation is fine.

I find it curious that you seem down on this team when I bet the majority of people on this site expect the Chiefs to win.

9s is a tard to say Kelce is more valuable than Mahomes. That's like saying Pippin was more valuable than Jordan.

At the same time, Jordan didn't start winning championships until he got his wingman. Batman & Robin, Walt & Jesse, Jordan & Pippen, Mahomes & Kelce.
