Franchises that can't get their shit together.👆

Titans  "We asked Mike to change.  Mike said kma.  So, what we gonna do?"  Maybe you could have enough sense to have figured out picking Davis @5 was a tad high.  Maybe drafting Isaiah Wilson was a glaring error.  What did you do to correct it?  You let him draft Farley.  You traded AJB for fatso Burks.  On and on.  Miss Amy, "we got it right now."

I'm going to fix it now.  Yeah right.  What are you going to do?  Well, we are going to get a new coach-up up and away!  We have a promising young QB(inaccurate-injury prone) we got for you in the second round.  He proved he's our QB of the future.  Mr Irrelevant?  Not anymore, we are going to draft great weapons like we always do.  You'll see.

We got it all figured out.  We hire a new HC.  See.  If Levis can't hack it, we blame the receivers.  The next year, what the fuck are you doing Ran.  New GM.  Levis is still Levis.  What do you expect us to do?  We fire coaches, GM, make trades, wtf do you want?  A top flight team.  Well, people in hell want ice water.

Why'd you leave Houston off the list? Oh because they found their QB which what matters more than anything.

If Levis is the guy and they fix the OL, the Titans will be good with or without Vrabel. If not, they won't be good whether we kept Vrabel or not. So keeping or firing Vrabel doesn't really matter that much.

You are 100% right.  You have to establish continuity to be successful.  Vrabel had built a great culture in Tennessee and now we start again.  I get it.  The game is going in a new direction with new innovations.  It's probably best to get some eyes who see the new game.  Vrabel was an old-school approach coach…got to move forward with modern football.  Understood.

But here is what bothers me.  If the plan was to let Ran run the show, then that should have been executed from the day he was hired. Let Ran choose his coach.  Trade Tannehill, Henry, Autry, and Byard and get draft capital to rebuild.  Don’t half-ass it and pass it off as a competitive rebuild.  Now we come away with nothing.  Coming from SF, I am sure Demeco Ryan and Bobby Slowik would be in the Titan fold.  Everything just seems reactionary with no plan at all.  The Titans are always a freaking step slow.

With that being said, I hope we bring in a young coach with vision and execute a plan.

They keep doing the same thing.  The management above the GM and HC is absent or impotent.  I don't especially care that Vrabel is gone, BUT look at his roster.  The OL coach can show them the blocking schemes, but if they can't execute on a NFL level it will not work.  Ran did that, we fire him next year.  We got a new coach-up up and away!  How long?  Oilers?  Forget-about-it.  Titans had it going until Fisher got the Hollywood smoke blew up his ass.  Then what?  Munch.  GMAB.  Next you hire a joker who got run out of San Diego because he sucked.  Guess what?  Then, instead of having a search to bring in a {{Top Offensive Talent}}, you just give the job to rerun unsuccessful Mike Mularkey.  You hire Vrabel, he gets you to the AFCCG coaching up Ryan Tannehill to the best years in his career.  Fired!

The culture changed happened before Vrabel set foot in the door and at the end of the day, the promises of playoff wins and championships was ocean front property in Arizona.....Remember a playoff win wasn't good enough.  6-18 with a disdain for putting together a OL that can pass block.

Injury prone QB?  That’s a stretch lol.  Dude got annihilated game after game behind one of the worst Offensive Line’s I’ve seen in professional football in the 24 years I’ve been watching

What do you call a QB who was injured three times in his first year?  Iron Man?

You guys get sucked up the ass of every QB that gets on the field.  Jake. Mettenburger.  Mariota.  We even had one member who was all up Woodside's ass.  Now, you are all juiced up over Levis.  Miss Amy, "we have a promising young QB. We wuz lucky--we got him in the second round."

Continuity??  Anyone want to continue with 6-11?

Bill Cowher in years 98-99 was 13-19.  In 2003 he was 6-10 and 15-1 the next year.

Bill Belicheck had 5 losing season out of  his first 6 with a record of 31-55 before winning a SB.

Andy Reid had back to back losing season in 2007 2008 before reaching the SB.

Bill Walsh had 3 out of 4 losing seasons before becoming a perennial SB winner.

I can go on and on but the difference between good organizations and bad is lack of continuity.
