I'd lean in a different direction the fact he is there day 1 shows he is fighting to earn that next contract he traditionally skips this initial conditioning phase. That could be true as well but the point is that if the Titans intend to move Tannehill during/after the draft as ABTers want, he would absolutely not be allowed to participate.
