And Cincy that year wasn’t considered a ‘better’ team than us. That’s an example of Vrabel coached teams playing down to the competition which is something he has an issue with.

Fair enough...he is very good at playing down to competition.  It's mainly when a team has decent coaching and understands his one game-plan.

Good point.   I certainly expect a Vrabel coached team to cover THIS 10 point spread...

And your point is not a good one because the Titans lose by more than score just like other teams do. If you really wanted to make a sound point about tonight's game you would reference Vrabel's record after a loss.

I'm more curious about Vrabel's record against 'better' teams especially in the last 3 years.  I can think of the GB blowout, but what other good teams have blown us out recently?  Guess that Colts game on MNF where we had the AJ drop and the Fedex punter?  Curious more than trying to make a point.

now that is a better question. It doesn't happen that often because the Titans have been one of the better teams in the league the past few years since Tannehill took over. The only 2 that come to mind are the KC playoff loss and the GB loss.

Who's ready for some first down runs tonight?

This could be an outlier game.  Not because Vrabel doesn't want to run every (first) down, but because we get behind early and he is forced to throw.  Game 2 last year was a similar situation when we got down to Seattle and then Tanny brought us back, so Vrabel could get back to running every first down.  Luckily, it worked in that game though.

We were obliterated by Arizona last year, and also beat soundly by NE.

Well in 2020 they fell way behind vs the Steelers and Browns trying to run on 1st down with Henry like they were the Jags and Texans.  They came back to make those close games but likely would have won them if not for the plan that the tard babblers want to defend....

On my way to Buffalo now.

Its kinda windy.

Ended up paying $3,400 for tickets. Prices are insane.

That’s insane. When I went to the 1 pm game 4 years ago I think I paid $150-200 for around 15 rows up at the 20 yard line.
