That being said, they haven't exactly played the toughest schedule and they are certainly healthier to this point than the Titans have been. @ KC is by far their most impressive win and the Chiefs are reeling at 2-3. The big difference is that Buffalo curb stomped Miami and Houston whereas the Titans blew a game to the Jets and beat the Jags comfortably but not in a beginning to end rout.
