Jonboy
Which one would you rather the Titans sign this offseason (if you could only have one)?
headhunter
Probably Watt
StephenIsLegend
Watt. Probably has a little left in the tank for a contender.
tgo
Clowney, but I've been working on seeing if there are ways we can have both Only chance on Watt is if he is released though. We really need leadership in the front 7 on defense, so it's important that we get someone like Kerrigan or Watt.
BudsOilers
Neither. Both are too injury prone to warrant the salaries they will get based on past performance/reputation.
Former_Fan
Watt for the fact I think he is still hungry for a championship.

bondra316v2
Isn't it almost a foregone conclusion that Watt ends up playing in Pitt? I think the Texans will end up releasing him and wouldn't be opposed to signing him to a 2 year deal if Bowen promises not to play him 57 snaps a game. scine09
Watt easily.
titanskick8851
Yeah I lean towards neither, but if we had to have one it would be Watt due to the leadership element.

2ToneTerror
Both will miss time due to injury next season...no debate. It’s a given. You’ll get 10 games max out of either. Anything more is a bonus. Both have enough in the tank to still make some impact. both will probably still command more than they are probably worth. But Clowney will be cheaper. They play very different styles....but compliant each other....but we can’t have both. Shit, if I had to choose I’d say Clowney because he’ll be cheaper at this point and knows our system.,, as long as we pick up a decent edge rusher to pair opposite. If I didn’t have to choose, I choose neither. You get more value for your dollar from a number of other options
Callidus
Assuming watt gets released then watt. No way we get him if he isn't. But that is if I had to pick 1. In reality we should not sign either. Unless the cap magically jumped to 200 mil I would say the money we can free up is worth spending else were. AvgJoe
Watt, because he actually plays football full time and doesn’t try to find ways to miss camp.
