Have you actually looked at the shooting statistics worldwide and in China? You obviously haven't if you think that making any comment whatsoever on shootings makes any logical sense.

Rapes are illegal but those still happen, we may as well just make it legal since laws don't do anything. Laws obviously don't stop any rapes whatsoever, period, no one has ever had a second thought about non-consensual sex and if the could get in trouble for it. Ever.

The 2nd amendment is the right to bear arms is part of the constitution and shouldn't be taken away from law abiding citizens

Again related to the rape analogy because you LOVE bringing up how laws get broken so there's no point in trying to stop crime. Sex is something that everyone should be able to have when they are mature enough to, the manner on how that sex is obtained or restricted should absolutely be a thing. Which it is, and yet you don't seem to be whining about other laws.

No one is trying to abolish the 2nd amendment. They are trying to make restrictions on ways to potentially stop needless murders but of course, your bitch ass just points to how laws don't do anything but sure as fuck won't touch the topic on how other laws (such as rape) obviously do matter even if it doesn't stop all instances because you know, criminals will still commit a crime.

https://edition.cnn.com/2022/07/07/politics/president-biden-white-house-message/index.html

"Several officials say Biden's tendency to berate advisers when he's displeased with how a situation is being handled or when events go off poorly has trickled down the ranks in the West Wing, leaving several mid-level aides feeling blamed for failings despite lacking any real ability to influence the building's decision-making. That's contributed to some of the recent staff departures, according to people familiar."

So, Biden is frustrated because the message is bad and chaotic. He lashes out at staff for it. That makes them more likely to leave. Which creates a bad and chaotic messaging department. It's a vicious circle."

How exactly does this comport with his statement upon taking office?:

If somebody wants to cause harm and death there's nothing stopping them unless that victim has a gun or the FBI actually does their job.

So are you saying that we shouldn't do anything to try to prevent people who want to harm others getting access to a gun, absolutely nothing OR that the entire country is fucked because we have that 2nd amendment and other countries who don't have guns don't have the massive gun issues?

Clearly you believe everyone who hasn't already broken the law should have access to guns (and very powerful ones designed to do as much damage as quickly as possible) so we already know your answer. There is NOTHING that can be done to stop crime at all besides relying on the FBI to crack down on murderers right before they shoot up a school, mall, parade, mosque, temple, grocery store etc.

Did I miss any of the common mass shooting locations that have been in the news this year?

I've already started I'm all for more thorough background checks and red flag laws. I'm not for banning a certain firearm

Got it. So your answer really is that the US doesn't have a gun problem on why we have likely more mass shootings than the rest of the world combined. We just have red-flag mental health issues that the likes are simply incomparable to any single location on this planet.

Mental health is definitely an issue. You take away a weapon doesn't take away their intent.

So do you think mental health is a bigger issue in the US than anywhere in the world? Because you keep acting like there's not a very obvious common denominator on the real issue to why the US is exponentially worse than anywhere on the entire planet in terms of these killings

Duh. “If the FBI actually does their job”

America's job is to give people their guns, it's the FBI's job to make sure people don't use them incorrectly

Yep

So answer the question. Do you believe that mental health is worse here than anywhere in the world since mental health is supposedly the reason for all these mass shootings that don’t happen anywhere else…. Since laws nor access to guns matter to criminals

It's possible our mental health is worse.

What do you think though? do you believe that our mental health is worse by the order of magnitudes than anywhere else in the world since again…. Laws nor easily accessible guns makes a difference according to you
