Sometimes it seems like you guys are being intentionally dense. The criticism being levied at Democrats is that they won't do those things.

And the one of the big reasons is that packing the court is very unpopular and would be seen as an overreach of power with high political cost.

The only thing elected Democrats aren't doing is explaining the limitations in the Senate, and screaming to the high heaven that "we need more willing Senators"

Democrats are basically acting as if the GOP did not pull any judicial shenanigans or attempt any electoral shenanigans.

They just need to spin it at “rebalancing” the court to repair the damage done by Mitch.

Again, I'm not talking about Republicans. Only about 30% of the country are Republicans, or less now. I'm talking about independents and right of center moderates, who comprise about 35% of the current electorate.
