Fitz
Don't know if Williams is the answer, but we've got to switch something up somewhere. Our defense made Baker Mayfield look like an MVP candidate. After Sunday, our defense knows what Adrian Petersons kid feels like.

TF_Titan
TBH, he did them a favor. The last thing the Jets needed to do was win that game.
IowaOiler
Well, Williams would be a step up from our current situation.
TF_Titan
I'm sure Vrabel and Williams would get along swell.
Number9
It seems it's a thang in the NFL. Fire Gregg Williams. If you ain't done it, you just don't know how good it feels. Buffalo--Williams' contract was not renewed Washington-Williams' contract was not renewed Jacksonville-No record found of release date New Orleans-the relationship between Williams and Payton deteriorated, with Payton regarding Williams as a "rogue coach". Williams' departure St Louis-was fired on January 2, 2013, without ever working a day for the Rams. You know Jeff gotta be with the in crowd. Tennessee- "pay for performance" system as the main reasons for Williams' reinstatement after just one year. Got in under a tech. St Louis/Los Angeles- Jeff Fisher. His coaching staff, along with Williams, were fired at the end of the season. Jeff double dipping, kinda. Cleveland-Williams and several defensive coaching assistants were let go by the Browns. New York-Williams was fired from the Jets

New York-Williams was fired from the Jets LOL, I totally forgot he got fired TWICE by the Rams. He's still an upgrade over Bowen though. Unlikely that Vrabel and he would get along though. 2ToneTerror
Wish our defense would try some zero blitzes occasionally. it’s the only way we’d ever get pressure...

Oiler FANatic
This is the perfect play to show to stupid people who always ignorantly say how "a prevent defense only prevents your team from winning". If a team has a 4-point lead and their opponent has the ball on the 46-yard line with just 13 seconds left and no time outs, the prevent defense wins it. IsntLifeFunny
I hope they gave him some money on the way out the door for securing that number 1 pick. It’s almost impossible to call that type of blitz in that situation. He took one for the franchise.
