Really Disappointed in Vrabel

I feel pretty confident in saying if Jeff Fisher were the HC of our football team we're 4-1 or 5-0 right now. No way the o-line would be this bad under him, no way our ST units make boneheaded decisions under him.

And that's not an attempt to praise Fisher, that's just pointing out how bad Vrabel has been on the offensive side of the ball for this team.

The ideal D is one littered with pass rushers and speed, so your modern offense can build leads and let them get after the opposing QB. Packers are on the right track.

The Titans defense is built great.

The offense is the problem and we know specifically what is wrong with it

The whole offensive philosophy is rotten with this franchise.

My question is with the QB exiting the equation after this year and continuity no longer a concern will JRob/Vrabel completely blow up the offensive coaching staff and start again.

It wasn't a knock on the Titans D, but it's probably unrealistic to have a D like the Titans plus a really good offense. I'd prefer an offense first approach and then a D built to compliment it.
