All-22 Review: Titans-Jaguars

I think it is more about the overall scheme. Ever notice how many receivers are credited with running a great route just because they are open? Often times, they do nothing but run some kind of simple route. Now it may be more about a spidey sense that some of these guys have. That would be a legitimate praise because a throwing window one yard wider is a huge advantage.

Really not something you can see on the TV broadcast

According to Cossel they designed a deep post of Davis in which he was open for a potential TD

What you can see is Mariota drop back all game long, survey the field and not throw the ball, something he's done all year

So Mariota dropped back, decided not to throw all game long? You are an idiot. He pulled it down and ran maybe 4 or 5 times. Is that all game long.

How many runs did he have the previous games that weren't designed? You know jack shit about football you dullard.

Preaching to the choir, bud.

Gotta keep running the same play until it works...

My dick is rock hard over this D. So surprised at how well the secondary came together.

Add an elite pass rusher and another solid OLB, an interior lineman for depth, and we got ourselves a monster. I'd also like to see a shutdown corner added for competition.

He said we are running the wrong offense for Mariota.

No he didn't

He said the strength was WR and TE, the weakness was RB and running from heavy sets.

BTW, I literally just listened to him on the Ross Tucker podcast, he said they can't run or pass, something I've said for weeks. He went on and on about how poorly Mariota was playing to. Said he's processing too slowly, not seeing open guys etc......

This has been my single biggest issue with the QB play this year.   We've seen *very* few plays where Marcus drops back  and gets the ball out quickly or in any kind of rhythm.

seems the only times he gets into any kind of rhythm and get the ball out quickly is when they go hurry up

Processing speed has been his strength. What changed?

Confidence. Even on his runs he's tripping over himself. He's looked skiddish and uncomfortable in the pocket all year. That really can't be argued.
