TitanJoe
The Texans radio guy is horrific. The sob finds a way to say "rock n roll" every other sentence.

Everything he would say would be wrong but he'd sound good saying it. The Browns used to let Bernie Kosar do color for their preseason games and he was obviously completely lit up drunk; it was hilarious to listen to. Nash
I like Mike Keith and enjoy his broadcasts... solid play by play man.. On the other hand, I've been saying for years we need to get rid of the game day announcer.. (and TRac)..

titanruss
mike keith for life. dude is probably the best thing this franchise ever produced. he's one of those guys who will have miles of titans fans at his funeral and the city of nashville would probably have a parade. fuck off on thinking mike keith should go. much of the same could be said about frank wycheck. but that guy doesnt need to cover games. i dont mind him on the radio. he's got good points even if the thoughts take a little longer to process than he'd like. prometheus
Wychek had too many hits to his skull to process at anywhere near normality. I am frankly surprised that he has gotten a bit better over the past 5 or so years. Still not, however, close to fully functioning cognitive processing. pro

I didn't think about all the hits he's taken. I just thought he was a drunk perpetually fighting off a hangover.

The Zone is one of the top performing sports stations in the country and The Game is barely a blip on the radar. There's something for everyone in this market. Howard and Kuharsky have years of experience in their field and tend to offer insight and analysis that you aren't going to get anywhere else. Frank is the lovable jock who took too many shots to the head and doesn't try to pretend that he's an intellectual (thank God). If someone is afraid to offer a dumb suggestion for fear of MH or PK tearing it apart, there's always 3HL where they'll just kind of dance around it for a couple of minutes and thank the caller for listening. And if you can't sleep, there's always George.

As of January of this year, it was the top ranked show on a station that receives national recognition for its performance. Not saying that anyone has to like all or any of the programming, but I wouldn't call it old and stale.

I listen to sports radio for Titans/NFL material and might pay close attention every now and then otherwise. Between the draft and the start of training camp, it's rough. They've been filling the last couple of months with whatever they can think of in order to fill the time and some of it is bad. MD180 has been flirting with 3HL-bad at times with some of the goofy schtick. Otherwise it's my favorite show. 3HL is just plain terrible at any time of the year, but there's a segment of the population that wants a version of The View for men, so there it is. No NFL team should get the same amount of talk time as the Preds, UT, Vandy, MTSU, WKU, etc. I hate socialist radio ("everyone gets an hour").
