abenjami
Why is FO so opposed to using a bigger font and more spacing? I read the article and now I need some advil and an appointment with an eye doctor.

bondra316v2
That's some high praise and a nice analysis. I really like the way they show MM's progressions in the gif's. Good stuff.
Supdawg
"Productive rookie quarterbacks aren't always quality rookie quarterbacks. Even those who are setting records during the initial stages of their careers can go on to be disappointing draft picks. Mariota shouldn't land in that category. He has shown off too many skills that transcend scheme and situation, too many skills on which the best quarterbacks in the NFL rely to be successful every week over the course of long careers." CreepingDeath
Beyond the awesome breakdown of plays with gifs, I am waiting for those with stronger opinions on the OL to reply to the author's comments about the OL: Lewan has really struggled during his second season, but his talent suggests he will develop into a quality starter eventually. Warmack has gone through his growing pains and is now an impressive right guard. Jeremiah Poutasi is a rookie playing alongside Warmack at right tackle, but he hasn't impressed to this point. Byron Bell and Brian Schwenke are placeholders who will ultimately need to be replaced.
Tim
Where is Oilerman's take on this? Why? He likes Mariota like 99% of us do. He's a "pump the brakes" guy and that's needed sonetimes.
Jamalisms
Scotty's got one foot on the Mariota bandwagon and the other foot on the Manziel starter kit bandwagon. He's trying to do the splits across the distance and his balls keep dragging on the ground. He'll be on the right bandwagon regardless, though! No matter how it turns out. Kirkster
I think the oline played the best on Sunday out of the last three games. I think Poutasi is getting better, and did a nice job on Williams for most of the afternoon. Check the golden boy Lewan catching some flack for his shitty start to the year.
