Guessing besides Matt Ryan and Julio Jones the Falcons don't have that good of a roster at the moment. I've always liked Ryan though i think he is a good QB and not long ago the Falcons were in the NFC championship and going to the postseason regularly. They have their QB they just need to rebuild the roster. I think if they would've hired Rex Ryan as head coach he would've fixed their defense and they would've been great because they have what they need on offense.

I agree. They had them at 30 last year though.

If you go top to bottom they could have the worst roster but they have a very good QB & a monster WR, that's a lot more important than guards, LB's, safeties, etc. It makes up for a lot.

The Browns are higher than we are? That surprises me. But these ratings don't matter much. We have a lot of youth. So do the Jags, for that matter. So both teams have a lot of unproven talent. However, both teams could also make a big leap this year. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Jags take the division this year, actually.

Yeah, I understand your skepticism ;)

But I'm serious. The Colts are the obvious favorites, but they really aren't that great, roster wise top to bottom. They have a great QB, and that goes a long way, but if he gets injured or doesn't have other players step up around him, someone has to fill that void. We seem like an unlikely choice, with a rookie QB. I think we'll play better this year, but win the division? Seems unlikely. The Texans don't scare me, really. So who's left? I'm not saying the Jags WILL win the division. I think the Colts will. But I wouldn't be surprised if the Jags did. They have as much a shot as anyone in the division, if the Colts stumble a bit.

The Browns are 14.

Really? They have some nice players, especially on the OL, but with Gordon suspended & McCown the QB this seems kind of nuts.

I don't know if they're assigning weights to positions.

The AFC South is going to surprise everyone this year. If we don't win it, I'm hoping the Jags do. Hate the Texans and Colts.

I I don't see the Falcons being that low. They're another team I follow, just cause I'm an Home Depot associate. (One of the founders of Home Depot co-owns the Falcons. )

but of course, when it comes down to it, I will always root for the Titans, first and foremost.

Last year we had the worst roster in the league with older declining players... this year we have lots of young, unproven talent, especially on offense.. there was little upside last year, this year considerable.. . but to me it looks like our ceiling is 20th  and our floor about 27 th or so.. we should be just below average as our ceiling like 6-10,7-9, or remotely 8-8 or so
