People got obsessed with this idea that you have to clean house and put everything together all at once and I think are using that to justify their hatred of this move. As if that’s some magical formula to building a Super Bowl dynasty. The same people who wanted them to fire ALL THREE of them on Monday are now grandstanding on some moral high ground when only one of them got canned lol it’s truly bizarre

I haven’t been in the board for a few days. Are people being normal about this here or is it like the local radio and fanbase outrage about some grand conspiracy coup by the villain, snake, backstabber Chad Brinker?

People always cite penalties for this kind of thing but Vrabel’s 2022 titans team was top 5 in league penalties. I think the 2023 team was top 10 as too. John Harbaugh, Sean McDermott and Andy Reid teams are regularly top 10 in penalties if memory serves as well. I understand the thought process because a lot of bad teams have those problems but I think it’s too soon to say that with Callahan after one year.

The bengals players talked about how Callahan was the enforcer in Cincy over Taylor. all the time. Plus people have seemingly already forgotten how hard Callahan laid into the officials in the one game like less than two months ago lol This fanbase just has the memory of a goldfish and it drives me insane.
