TN blew a top 5 pick on WR Davis, how did that work out? Bottom line with the draft you have to draft HOF talent in the top 5. If you miss it hurts the team for a decade. I think the positional value BS is way over rated. That all being said I do not think any WR or RB is generational in this draft. I do think there are generational players available at LB, S and DE. So with this pick I want TN to get a stud and I really do not care what position Borgo goes because quite frankly this team needs a lot of hole filled.

I'd love it. This draft reminds me a bit of 1995. Everyone was talking QBs and then Cincy traded up to one and took KiJana Carter. Carter was supposed to be Love and that was a trainwreck. Hard still to believe that Polian traded out of one when he needed AqB to go to 5 and still get his QB. Same draft Coughlin tried to scam Reese for McNair trying to get Reese to trade up to take McNair but he stayed put and called the bluff. Jets drafting Kyle Brady over Sapp.......that 195 draft had so many mistakes made it was nuts. I think this draft has a lot of guys slotted incorrectly too. Eagles jumped up to get Mamula after a combone for the ages after he hired track coaches to manage his numbers in Indy. It worked. Sapp fell and Mike got the Eagles to trade up.

As soon as the took Davis I knew we were screwed. In my 27 yrs with this team Pac Man and him were giant mistakes you could see coming. I think Borgi has his shit together so we will see if we can eliminate the trainwrecks and just pick guys who can play out their rookie deals.

I think this guy is gonna be a stud in someone's D. I think he was the engine in that D. I just hope he does not wind up in our division.

I think TN klnows exactly who they want and right now they are worried someone is going to try to get to 3. If that happens I doubt they can trade out and they will be doing Plan B with a happy face.

I think a lot of people want Bain to fall.

ARE YOU NUTS? Kearse in 1999 was a huge question mark and that is why he went so low. He was a LB at Fla not a DE. Bain and Bailey are better prospects than Carter was last yr. Im not sure who you guys are listening to but this edge class might be one of the best ever. Bailey's pressure is historically good. No one in the 1999 class came close. Bain power and bend has scouts talking Reggie White Stregnth. His postion coach at Miami is a HOF and he says he has never played with or against a guy as strong as Bain in his career. So color me shocked that you think these guys suck. In fact, in 1999 Kearse had all the questions being leveled at Reese now. Kearse body type is way better than Reese was. Kearse production at Fla was pretty mediocre. I like edge guys in this class into 4 and 5. That rarely happens. the Kid Kreiger (Wisc) I think is going to be KVB 2.0. I love the guy. But he is a day 2 or three guy. If we went Love or Tate I would jump on Krieger at 35. That is how much I like him.

Borgo said he does not like this RB draft outside of Love. Saleh says a DE is as big a playmaker for Cam as a back because they get the ball back for Cam. Shades of 1999 vs 1996. Kearse rookie yr way more impactful than EG rookie year was. We're going edge.
