I do not think it isjust the staff. The roster was beat down from horrible drafting. We needed a bunch of experienced professional football players. Our entire rookie class performed last yr. Put that group around professional guys who know how to play and i bet more than a few of them blossom. Just the culture change will alter the outcomes. Cally and Ran were betas. Were done with the beta choices. I like what they have done because 18-20 new vets are a sea change for the lockeroom and then Saleh and Daboll can sculpt them. I think Cam is going to be better just form this change alone.
