They don’t have a second and draft at 10.  And there is a clear drop off from the top 6 -7 players to 10.  They have no shot at the top 4 picks.  LAC isn’t rebuilding .  The NYG are a possibility but do you give up a shot at a WR/OT for a lesser player at 10?  They could also draft Bowers at 6.

I think LAC is rebuilding. Look at their cap situation. Yeah they have Herbert but other than that its an aging way overpaid roster.

But would they give up a top 5 player and an elite WR /LT at 5 to move down to 10 for a 3rd rounder + more day 3 picks?

I have a best practices idea for Ran. At the moment of the Titans  selection, everyone involved in the process needs to submit their personal preference to a "suggestion box". Study them ahead of the next draft so you might see patterns about who had the best judgment.

I don't know shit about the politics and thought processes in drafting and why taking a position at such and such. All I know is I want this team to draft a high-caliber WR while also signing another one. Harrison Jr maybe a pipe dream but there are some other good names in the draft.

Impressive collection of OT in the initial Senior Bowl rosters announcements

Really great group of players overall this year. Even more important reason to get the HC and staff set up as soon as possible so they can be at the Senior Bowl week.

As far as players at OT, Jordan Morgan is who I will be watching a lot of. I want to see if he can play LT and how he matches up with the top edge guys. Fuaga will be interesting to watch as well and see if he can match up well with speed rushers.

Some other players of note::

Tulane QB Michael Pratt - if they ever wanted to add a mid round QB prospect, Pratt would be a fit and does match some of the traits that Carthon outlined in what he looks for a QB.

I like WR Malachi Corley from WKU as a potential Deebo Samuel type WR in a Shanahan offense, but want to see how his routes look and if can separate vs DBs.

Sign me up for this.

7. Tennessee Titans

Joe Alt, OT, Notre Dame

The Titans would be jumping for joy in this scenario. Will Levis has shown that he could possibly be the long-term quarterback answer, but Tennessee needs multiple new starters along the offensive line to protect him. The Andre Dillard signing hasn't worked out, so left tackle is a huge question mark for whoever ends up as the Titans' new coach.

Alt was the most impressive prospect I saw out on the scouting trail this season. The 6-foot-8, 320-pound player has shown continuous improvement each year of his college career, and some scouts believe Alt -- who allowed two sacks combined over the past two seasons -- is the most well-rounded blocker in this class. Penn State's Olumuyiwa Fashanu could also be the move here, but it shouldn't come as a surprise if Alt is the first offensive tackle off the board.

Team needs: OT, CB, WR

Brugler and Tice discuss the top of the draft order as of today some of their thoughts

- Don't automatically assume a QB goes to the Patriots at 3

- Don't be shocked if the Cardinals go OT at 4

- Arthur Blank is going to do whatever it takes to solve the QB issue at the Falcons this offseason

- Giants might be the biggest wildcard in the top 10

I was actually just thinking this about the Pats and I agree, especially if BB stays. Can see them opting for the vet QB like Cousins and either taking an OT like Alt or trading down for more picks.

Or signing Russell Wilson on a vet minimum deal.

Wtf, did every player slot pretty much where they were drafted?

Skor underperformed by 1

Levis and Spears matched their spot

Idk about Whyle, he probably over performed?

Duncan is exactly where he was drafted lol
