This thread will be awesome in 2 years if Levis balls out…

I hope this turns out to be true. I think all of us truly would like Levis to be QB for years to come and play at high level. Regardless of our opinions. We are all Titans fans, or we wouldn't be here. I hope he succeeds.

Levis is what he was last week, the guy none* of us wanted.  Then a miracle happened.  The Titans traded up in the second round to get him.

Start him!  Oh shit, we don't have a fifth year option!!

How much the Titans would have been willing to part to get to #3 we'll never know. They clearly didn't have the ammo to compete with the Texans.

We do however know that Levis was on the board at 11 and the Titans took the OL.

They were prepared to exit the draft without drafting a QB

I still think they don't know what they are doing at QB.  I'm hoping this team doesn't end up in QB hell again.

They are taking shots, If Levis fails they'll take another shot

Damn right I'm pissed off this front office has put themselves in a position to be building around the 4th most talented young QB in the AFC South.

I'd be way more pissed if they traded up for Richardson or took Levis at 11.

Here is the list of the last drafts 4th QB drafted:

2022: Matt Corral

2021: Justin Fields

2020: Jordan Love

2019: Drew Lock

2018: Josh Rosen

2017: DeShone Kizer

2016: Christian Hackenberg

2015: Sean Mannion

2014: Derek Carr

2013: Matt Barkley

JUST LMFAO

I understand Vrabel thinks that the QB's performance has nothing to do with coaching at all and the offensive woes are all on them... But who the hell is supposed to develop these guys?

BPA is another way of saying "best return on value spent", which doesn't preclude more than one pick going into the value spent necessarily.

E.g. if a truly elite prospect slips but you have really good reason the team right in front of you will pick him, moving up 2 spots could still arguably be a BPA move.

Lol this is wrong. Teams don't really draft pure BPA anyway. And if it's a trade involved it's always for a targeted player. BPA no longer becomes a consideration

There’s no way of knowing that right now. We’ve gotta see how each of the QBs develop in their respective places.

You gotta chill, my Australian dude.

Funny that was the same thing I was told about Isiah Wilson and Caleb Farley when I was also pissed when JRob selected them.

The NFL teams told everyone how they felt about Levis compared with the other 3 top QB's in this draft, if the Titans expected him to be their sure fire QBOTF they wouldn't of passed on him at 11.
