Interested to see where and for how much Allen Robinson signs for.  I'm kind of hoping he signs with a team that has a good qb.  If he picks the money and the Lions, he's got no one to blame but himself.

Seriously, this is his chance to play with a good QB finally. Is he gonna take the money again?

I suppose I’ve just gotten cynical and cranky at the ripe old age of 53….but after years of letdowns and disappointments,   I no longer get particularly excited or invested in free agency or even the draft.

They got so-and-so?   Hey, great….whatever.  Wake me up when he starts showing up on Sundays.”

Mike Keith and Jim Wyatt have both said in recent days that they don't expect the Titans to be active early in free agency.

I'm not necessarily expecting any big moves other than hopefully another TE.

The most impactful addition they may make would be JuJu, but the wide receiver market seems inflated comparatively speaking to the depth at the position in the draft, so I'm not sure.

I certainly hope they do a little bit in free agency and not depend on nailing the draft to solve issues.

Imagine running it back with the same offensive skill people in 2022. Somebody needs to run to Costco and get a pallet full of Kleenex for next year”s combine

They didn't re-sign Kern, they just forced him into a straight pay cut.

You right my bad, looks like we could move on from him still then if they wanted to upgrade the position.

As for conceptually sitting, one year for a 1st rounder is reasonable.  Beyond that, it's a questionable pick.  If you draft a guy in round 1, he needs to be starting in year 2 to get the best value of going young at QB - the rookie contract.

Getting the benefit of a QB on a rookie contract is a perk for sure but shouldn't dictate how you handle the position.

I would agree on other positions but I think you may sometimes need to be imaginative with the QB room or you may find yourself signing Mariota.

That is unless you got your franchise guy...which we don't have
