I don’t think you are a Proud Boy type. I think you are a decent man. I do think inside you know how the repubs use racism and aren’t really cool with it. It’s like me when I see people bust up businesses after a march for legitimate reasons. They hurt the cause of the march. At some point we have to stand up for OUR values. Titans279 Posted July 2, 2021 Report Share Posted July 2, 2021 I think it's true that gun laws would be a lot more restrictive if Democrats had more control and by the same token I think we'll see abortion rights be curtailed significantly since Republicans were able to get such a firm grip on the courts. I think that the inability to understand why poor people would vote for Republicans shows intellectual immaturity. It's certainly not entirely racism, though that is an element of it for a lot of voters. So is anti-LGBT bigotry. We know it's not all racism in part thanks to Trump. He's the guy most of us would say was the most racist president in a long time, but he did better with non-white voters than Republicans had done in a long time.
