It does, but it could just be maintenance on top of a lingering issue. Like I said it depends on how the FO and trainers view his knee. If it checks out you can’t cut him with Wilson still on the roster and the team hoping he takes over at some point. If we were to cut ties with Wilson I could see them moving on from Kelly and either bringing in an FA or drafting another tackle early, but that doesn’t really fit Robinson’s M.O. It could just be managing a minor knee issue, it has happened before with other players - particularly OL - playing through knee strains or even ligament tears. Minor knee injuries don't linger 14+ weeks Kelly has been on light practice duties basically all season

code
For me Murray was a one and done. Good at the price, but not a franchise changing decision. The decision to resign Henry was huge. Lots of reasons not to do it. But he did it, and until an injury or time changes the player, in fact, even if this is his last premiere season, it was the right call. I don't agree, TGO, that Casey was the right move. Our pass rush is pathetic. Jurrell could move that pile. His absence lessens the impact of Simmons and Landry. Have n o way of knowing if the injury he sustained in Denver would have happened in TN. But for my money, he was too valuable to dump - and signing Beasley/Clowney cost significantly more and returned significantly less. As for the Wilson discussion, yep, hard to write a kid off in one year. But when you see what unheralded Nate Davis contributes each week vs the negative impact of Wilson, at this moment, he is a worse pick then Kevin Dodd -- and that was a really bad pick. Surprised not to see discussion around Rayshaun Evans - in no way a bust - but ... 2019 draft class was so good that it almost wipes out the middling return from th 2018 class. 2020 draft class is just a crap shoot at this point ... Fulton hurt, Evans hurt, Wilson mentally incapacitated, etc.
tgo
Well in retrospect, yes, you'd take Casey over Beasley 1000 times over. Actually, I guess I will levy some criticism Robinson's way about that. The better move would've been to keep Casey another year and not sign Beasley. Clearly. tgo
I'm waiting until next year to write off Rashaan Evans. He needed a lot of development at the inside position, and could be more of a late bloomer like Corey Davis. Not holding my breath though, but he'll play out his contract as the starter I'm sure. Clearly they don't see him as an outside rusher, even if Haslett was talking about him seeing more snaps there.

Getting a QB who is playing at a top 5 level for the low price of a 4th rounder. Absolute fucking steal. And then signing him to a good deal while he is still in his prime. Positional importance matters--especially with this team, where we've seen good teams torpedoed by crappy subpar QB play. That's why Tannehill will be top of these lists for a while. titanthakur
I get the hate on Isaiah Wilson, but it's still only his first year. I think it's too early to call him the worst JRob draft pick. Not saying he will, but plenty of OT's have had bad first seasons and managed to turn it around on and off the field. He helped turn this offensive line from last in the NFL to top 5 consistently.
